Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Tapnine: T9 Launcher & Dialer (“Tapnine”, “the app”), published by TUNA Corp (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

1. The app

Tapnine is an Android home screen (launcher) that lets you search apps and contacts with a T9 keypad, assign Quick Keys and gestures, and customize your home screen. All core launcher features are free.

2. Tapnine Pro

• Some optional themes and features require Tapnine Pro, offered as a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.
• Prices and payment terms are shown on Google Play before you confirm. Payments, renewals and refunds are handled by Google Play under the Google Play Terms of Service.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Features available for free today will remain free.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app, or use it in a way that breaks applicable laws or Google Play policies.

4. Permissions and third-party content

Features such as contact search, calling and the notification center work only after you grant the matching Android permission. The optional news feed shows headlines from third-party publishers; that content belongs to its publishers and we are not responsible for it. Links and web searches open in other apps under their own terms.

5. Privacy

Tapnine does not collect personal data. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the new terms.
